Dawie Fourie obtained a degree in chemical engineering at the University
of Stellenbosch, then began work in the Pyrometallurgy Division at Mintek in
January 1998. He spent the years 2000-2001 obtaining an M.Eng degree
at the University of Stellenbosch, and started back at Mintek in
2002.
