Isabel graduated with a B.Eng degree in chemical engineering from the
University of Pretoria in 1996, and has worked in the Pyrometallurgy Division
at Mintek since then, with her greatest involvement in process development
and DC arc furnace technology. Isabel was promoted from Chief Engineer to
Head, Commercial Applications in November 2005.
